The MAX Bold SE Boxer in dark blue features a striking 50 mm satin-finish signature elastic waistband, accented with a discreet Ergowear logo at the front and the brand isotype at the back. As our widest waistband, it offers several advantages. Visually, the broader band creates a slimming effect by altering the proportion between the waistband and the rest of the garment, making the underwear appear more streamlined. The extra coverage may also help reduce the so-called “muffin top” effect while providing approximately 20% more support.
The waistband is crafted from soft, durable fibers designed to maintain their elasticity and shape over time, resisting shrinkage and ensuring long-lasting comfort.

I’ve spent the better part of a year trying different anatomical pouch underwear from multiple brands, trying to find the balance between comfort, support, and presentation. I honestly bought the FEEL SE Boxer on a whim because it was on sale.
I’m glad I did.
The best way I can describe this pouch is that it doesn’t simply make more room—it positions everything correctly. It provides forward projection with gentle upward support while naturally separating the anatomy. The result is a defined, comfortable profile without feeling compressed or forced.
Unlike some anatomical pouches that prioritize free hang or others that rely on constant tension, this design strikes a balance. It stays supportive throughout the day, requires very little adjustment, and after about 20–30 minutes I completely forget I’m wearing it.
The biggest surprise was the presentation. The pouch creates a natural, rounded profile that looks excellent under clothing without feeling exaggerated. The engineering is doing the work—not compression.
One additional thing I appreciated was the boxer cut itself. It allowed me to wear my correct waist size while maintaining the intended pouch geometry. That made a noticeable difference in long-term comfort compared with some briefs I’ve tried.
