I ordered medium based on my 32 waist and the size chart. They are way small. Still wearable and quite comfortable, but the narrow wast band rolls up into a twisted string rather than staying in place. If they fit better, then they would be wonderful. Of course, like all Ergowear items, they are very high quality.

The SLK thong is the most comfortable thong I own! It's great for everyday all day wear. The material is soft but durable. I can barely feel it between my buns. Pouch is nice supportive too. I highly recommend this thong. I plan on buying a few more colors. I am 37" in the waist and the XL fits nicely.

Just wish Ergowear would bring back these in white. The sky blue is however great
