    I could not be happier with the quality of this jockstrap. The pouch provides great support and keeps everything in place regardless of the workout I'm doing. The straps are comfortable and stay in place providing the perfect support. Whether I'm doing crossfit, weightlifting or running, this jockstrap never fails to impress. For those guys who have a hard time time finding the right size, I'm 5'10" and weigh 230lbs. The large fits great.
