This athletic men’s gym short brings together the best of our ergonomic design: A low cut outside for total freedom of movement, a light, stretchy and fast-drying polyester fabric, and an elastic mesh interior garment that is supercharged with a 3-dimensional pouch and a back finish of your choice.

X4D or FEEL Pouch Inside  

Choose between a nose-shaped pouch in protruding X4D design or a D-shaped pouch in our adaptable FEEL design.

Bikini or Thong Back Underneath  

Also choose between a bikini back for full coverage inside or a slim thong rear for minimal coverage; this will depend on your preference for maximum comfort.

    Very nice sports shorts, especially with the built-in X4D mesh white thong. Very supportive, very comfortable. Can't wait for more colors to become available. Wish the black shorts were available in size L. Only drawback (and correction to be taken into consideration): consider reducing the "width" of the thong strap. It is slightly too wide. If structured as the same side as the thong strap of X4D thong underwear, this short would be even better. Note: the mesh white thong can be slightly seen through the white shorts when bending over….

    Great shorts, comfortable the integrated thong. The front X4D is very comfortable and forms the silhouette, without revealing anything. Excellent the back, which, with movement, just enters between the buttocks.

    I am a slim guy and got the medium shorts. They are not as "slim fitting" to the legs as I would have hoped them to be. A bit disappointing on the material (too thin) as well.

    I like all ErgoWare underwear and I have a lot of them. Also I have 2 GYM Shorts (White and Blue) – I like them very much, but the side pockets are definitely not deep enough and not placed very well. If this will be changed slightly I will re-order another one 🙂 and give 5 stars.

    The GYM short in white looks amazing and with the X4D mesh pouch the fit is super comfortable and everything is accentuated while staying neatly in place. I have a pair in both bikini back and thong back and both styles feel great though I do prefer the thong feel because of the added freedom of movement. The fabric and materials are high quality and so far after many washes they're holding up just as well as the day I bought them. It's a beautiful shade of white that looks so sharp and goes well with just about any top!

    Great snug fit and fabric, ideally need a pair in Navy blue.
    Very comfortable and just amount of transparency when wet . Would buy another pai easily. Ergo wear do it again.
