    Fits perfect I am 165 LB, 5'11" tall, 32 waist medium fits me perfect. They are now double seaming on the back side of under strap on waist band. Major improvement. Use for the gym and swimming. Keeps everything in place and cool. bigger vent holes to allow for breathability. Wife loves the looks of these.
