The nose-shaped X4D pouch has been designed to give you enough room  to accommodate and enhance your genitals in a perfect space – if you have tried our best-selling X4D underwear you know the feeling.

Signature drawstring for added support

The concealed elastic waistband is joined by a drawstring that you can tie if necessary. You can leave the drawstring ends visible or hidden in the pouch.

    I think the size XL is a little bit smaller comparison to the other items XL , and when it gets wet it’s a bit revealing but very sexy

    Ergowear is the OG bulge pouch designer and I have been a fan for 15 years, ever since their X3D swimmers. I owned all their cuts of that model and wore them until the seams started to come out and the colour faded. The X4D is an excellent improvement over the original. Their fabric is one of the best I've ever worn, the cut is a nice improvement, the new pouch does a great job of keeping the twig and berries suspended and presented. Great job and can't wait for more colour options.
