They run far too large, the sewing in the pouch area was uneven, and the customer service over these issues has been beyond lame :unamused:
They straight up won’t replace them with the appropriate size and with a pair that has been sewn evenly.
For the the first time ever, Ergowear customer service has shown a more than unreasonable side.
They never informed or warned anyone that these underwear run a size larger than the normal size, and they are not willing to send a size smaller to make up for the too large size sent !
This shows a very distinct,
shallow, and unhelpful aspect to the customer service from Ergowear !
Do not trust their customer service.
