I am a huge ergowear fan. Been wearing for years. Love the X4D material...its my go to now. Size up if hung tho. Large gets a bigger pouch. I am 5.5 limp/8 hard for sizing reference.

Horrific sizing compared to the SOHO which is amazing. Customer service won't let me exchange for the right size???? I spent $200 on underwear and have four pair just sitting unable to be worn
