I've been a loyal customer of Ergowear for many years, perhaps close to 20 years now. These new underwear are even better than the ones from way back... They fit very true to size and don't bind under the junk or climb up your crack (if you know what I mean!) I also like the fact the legs don't roll up your leg and the waist band doesn't fold down.

My only complaint is I had a Holiday Code for a discount which didn't take when I placed my order. As soon as I hit enter, I realized the discount wasn't applied. I immediately sent an email to customer service but they said it was too late as the order had already been processed. I told them how upset I was as I didn't feel that was how you should treat a very loyal customer. They offered to give me a gift card for my next purchase but that never materialized. Again, that left a very bad taste in my mouth but as I like the underwear so much I kept the order instead of sending it back like other suggested. Just not how I expected to be treated. I share this story so other customers are cautious to make certain any special offer code is accepted before making the purchase.
